Review 1: The hotel itself is good value, good location and good service. However, the restaurant (Deans)was not so good. Clean and with a good menu but I had to ask for a menu and was then told that i would have to wait for at least 30 minutes for my food. I left and went to Pizza Hut, a few doors away Review 2: We had a girlie weekend away and this was a great base. No frills but clean, tidy and with reasonable service. The downstairs areas (inc breakfast room) were too warm but the room was fine. Cleaning in the communal areas eg lift could have been better. Review 3: We paid £99 for three of us to stay B+B. The hotel is in an excellent location for getting out and about in london, 5 mins walk from the underground. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful. Every request we made was dealt with immediately. The breakfast was great, set us up for our "5k walk for life" in regents park! Would return and would definitely recommend. Review 4: The hotel got nothing very well, the people who work there are not friendly, they do not have anything special but the location is good. so if you want a bed to sleep in (cheap bed) and you can sleep trough the traffic sounds it is an ok hotel to see London city. Review 5: could not fault hotel, staff, service or breakfast. The location was exactly what we wanted, very central and easily accessable. |

Review 1: Nice, clean, big rooms, lacks atmosphere, not so nice neighbourhood, walking distance to City. Internet acces, minibar, nice bathrooms - shower in tub a bit akward. But good business hotel. Review 2: Modern hotel, charmingly avoiding pre-victorian infrastucture (toilets, showers and beds are top continental European standard). Location will improve when City grows east. Review 3: reception staff not very helpful Review 4: This hotel is one of my favourites in London. I only hope the recent takeover doesnt dilute the excellent service and value for money. Review 5: Not too bad, although not getting breakfast included or even free WiFi/Internet access for your laptop seemed a little mean. |

Review 1: Excellent location, easy to find but the area was very noisy and as a consequence sleeping was a little restless. The service was very slow and with one person at reception ignoring us for several minutes before dealing with us just for our room key. Breakfast was adequate but slow we therefore expected freshly cooked but the eggs were over done and a little dry particulary as we were the only ones for breakfast at that point in time. Review 2: Nice clean modern Hotel. Great Location, not many facilities in the hotel, as fairly small. But location and quality of rooms make up for this. Only disappointing thing was I could not get the breakfast that I had paid for on the morning I left, as the chef had not turned up yet ( needed to leave early! ) Review 3: If you just want a room with an excellent breakfast and helpful friendly staff in a good location just off Tottenham Court Road then this one is fine. What you dont have are the facilities of a big hotel like a bar and large lounge but there are plenty of bars in London! Review 4: This hotel is in a great location and had the best price I found on-line. The room was great just dont have the hotel arrange taxi service for you and you should be fine. They arrange a taxi for a 1.5 mile trip that ended up costing 12 pounds! Hailing a cab on they way back the samer distance only cost 3.80. Other than tha everything was great. -Chris Review 5: They didnt have enough double rooms on the first night and put us in the "suite". This was an adequately sized double room - so it was a bit of a shock when we moved into the double the following night. Cramped and stuffy |

Review 1: Very good hotel. Good value for money. Close to tube station. Breakfast was good value for money Review 2: Good clean and comfortable and friendly hotel staff, all staff were helpful and wonderful to me and my husband close to all other popular london locations, the restauraunt left a little to be desired but in all fairness the hotel did not say anthing but basic on at that time, there were plenty of other places to eat besides so we did not feel let down by that fact,I would definatly stay there again since I know that it is such a ice place to go back if your looking for opulance don`t stay here but if your looking for a really friendly and helpful clean and comforable place to stay make this your first choice. Review 3: Very good location across from Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. Easy walk to Royal Albert Hall, Natural History and Science Museums. Enjoyed our stay and would return again. Review 4: Hotel in a central, good location. Value for money. Review 5: Hotel was well located for my trip and well priced also. Only comment was that the continental breakfast could have included some meat and cheese. |

Review 1: I stayed one night. Very good location, hotel is nice and good value for money. Friendly staff. Review 2: Not satisfied with VFM. Though I reserved using my CC, when I check in they insisted cash. Very bad. But discount city hotel services to be appreciated. Review 3: A couple of very basic issues but irritating 1) No handtowels 2) No shower mat 3) Extractor fan did not operate in bathroom 4) No drinking glasses Review 4: Easy transportation by bus or underground. Breakfast was a good start to the day. Be prepared to pay 10 pounds extra if you pay your hotel bill by credit card. Review 5: good value for money |

Review 1: We stayed here for the convenience of Vauxhall station being close by for underground and overground services. All in all a very well priced hotel with good facillities. The hotel communal areas and surrounding area were very clean but the room wasnt cleaned to a high standard after wed spent a night there. One thing to point out is that the hotel isnt clearly marked as "Hotel 87" at all. If youre explaining to a taxi driver or, as we did, walking down south lambeth road from vauxhall station then its Comfort Inn youre after. Discount City Hotels offered a very competitively priced service as the "walk-in" rate of the hotel was over double the price we paid in advance. Review 2: fully met our expectations Review 3: The hotel 87 is located in vauxhall about 5 mins walk away from the tube station so found it to be an excellant base from which to explore London. The rooms were of a decent size - although we did book a twin and were given a room with 4 beds (enough to sleep 5 )!!! Was disappointed there were no tea making facilities in the room - although there was a coffee shop in the hotel it would have been nice to make your own cup of tea when you wanted it. Otherwise was a thoroughly enjoyable stay, have stayed at hotel 87 before and would most definately stay there again. Review 4: nice room. The only minor problem was that the groundfloor room was relatively noisy (traffic), though bearable (on a Sunday) Review 5: Very pleased with the quality and standard of the hotel. Only problem was in locating it as the address sign where the hotel 87 was written was obscured by folliage and we hadnt appreciated that it was the Comfort Inn from the internet booking form |

Review 1: Stayed at the Park Int for one night, location for tube, eating at night excellant, staff were very pleasant, room was very clean also, bathroom bit old but still ok, only downside was the room was a bit chilly. Review 2: not for kids rooms small no food other than breakfast bathroom dated and small bar closed at 10.30 and no kids allowed at 78 pm Review 3: Very pleasantly suprised at the quality & service in this hotel. Very close to the Tube station so convenient no matter where you want to go in London. Very pleasant & helpful staff, clean rooms (although as usual, the single was quite small) Good breakfast. Would stay here again. Review 4: My colleagues and I took 3 double rooms at the Park International during Sep and had no complaints whatsoever. The rooms were nice & clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms spotless. The service at the reception and in the restaurant were top notch and the breakfast spread was more than sufficient. The only complaint is that the variety of breakfast served should be varied each day. As we had the exact same items served for all 5 days that we stayed there. But its complimentary, so cant really expect too much. Also a bit of difficulty getting our luggage from the hotel to our cab as they cant stop directly in front of the hotel for pick up. Still, we had a wonderful time all around. Review 5: We were a bit surprised as the room was tiny compared to the photo we booked on. But in saying that - it was adequate and clean and most things worked. The location was fantastic and there were restaurants, grocerys, banks & tube very close. |

Review 1: I stayed in this hotel 3 weeks ago with my husband for my birthday. It could not have been any better!! The location is so convenient, you are right in the middle of the centre, but on a very peaceful square, with lots of green, like a little oasis right in London. Our room was facing the square, and had a wonderful view. The room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable, with a gorgeous marble bathroom!! The service from beginning to end was exceptional, as well as in the Brian Turner restaurant, which we didn’t heard of since we are from Holland, but food to die for! Overall an absolutely unforgettable stay!! Review 2: Recently spent the weekend at this Hotel and I have to say we had a great time and would highy recommend. However we did get a great price which makes all the difference. Excellent Location along with friendly staff I safely say we will be returning to the Millennium Mayfair. Review 3: The location of the hotel, the room and the service were great. But £15 for 4 coffees in Pine Bar. Tha is really taking the micky! Review 4: The drinks were very expensive & the costs of using the internet prohibitive Review 5: hotel standard was what you would expect from a 4 star+. Had poor service though. looks like lack of organisation and initiative. Main issue was due to noise from next room. Although not hotels direct fault were unwilling to solve problem. |

Review 1: We have stay at this hotel 3 times before, and we will stay there again, because it is at very good hotel Review 2: I have been in your hotel on many occasions(30-40 times). I like the location, the breakfast, etc, however the tv-channels offered and internet facilities are very poor Review 3: the service at reception was not that great for a hotel of this standard. Firstly, they didnt speak clearly and although I have nothing against foreigners, one essential condition you should expect to receive from reception, your first point of contact, is friendliness and professionalism. They had 2 of my guests waiting in the reception lobby for 30 minutes because they refused to check them in, although there was a credit card number against their room booking. Review 4: Great choice of hotel and really good value for money....A little dissapointed with having a room on the front of the hotel (loud road noise) nevertheless I would definitely stay again.. Review 5: Booked through an agency, slow registration recovery of details, but excellent response, complete satisfaction |

Review 1: You get what you pay for - a clean bed, en suite bathroom, shabby decor, and out of centre location, but all at a low price and fine if you just want somewhere to lay your head Review 2: I like the Queens Hotel! I stayed there in97,99, and now 2007. I was glad to see they were still there and in business. The staff are very friendly! It is not far from the tube station, and a bus, the 390, runs frequently down to the West End. There must have been some confusion, though, between this website and the hotel, because when I arrived they had no record of my reservation. Luckily, I had the printout of my confirmation, and I was actually upgraded to a larger room for the same price as my original single room. I might actually call the hotel directly to book if I stay there again, which I probably will! Review 3: Stayed here for 2 nights 23-11 to 25-011 2007 Ok the rooms were a shabby, there was no tv and the lamps in the bedroom did not work. the picture gallery which shows a sitting area where was that, basically all it needs is bit of TLC. For the money and location it was good value for money, the breakfast were bit samey. Review 4: Double en-suite was fine. Single en-suite was too cold, no heating and no extra blankets. Hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Review 5: Up to expectations, except room was poor, though I think we may have got landed with one of the worst rooms in the basement. Quiet, interesting location, good for Camden Lock, Highgate village and Hampstead Heath, if your looking for something in London away from usual West End places. Breakfast was best thing about the place. |

Review 1: Hotel is located good if you need to be close to Paddington Station. Reception is nice, room was okay. Checking in was a bit of a nightmare with only trainees around, rooms not ready, keys not working etc. Review 2: It has AC which was required this summer. Quiet at night. VERY small bathroom, room for 1 only,(cupboard) but it all worked and was very clean. No viewable picture on TV in room 402 and was never fixed. Staff could have been more welcoming and strugled with English. (Scottish) Good location for Trains. We walked or took a cab. Not much to do close to the hotel. Review 3: The hotel itself has a reasonably good location, near to the tube stations and a nice break away from the busier parts of central london. However, the service was a little indifferent, and the staff seemed lacking in hospitality. The room was basic, a little cramped and if you stay in the basic accomodation you get put in the basement. Heat is also a problem, as the hotel seemed to be overly hot. On the whole the hotel is ok, but you can find better deals elsewhere. Review 4: Enjoyable stay, will definately stay with you again Review 5: The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern. The location of the hotel is far enough away from the crowds to be quiet but near enough to be able to get to where its happening. |

Review 1: Very good hotel. Staff friendly. Good value for money. Position good for town and very quiet location. Rooms comfy and clean. Breakfast was very good. Would go again Review 2: Staff VERY friendly and helpful.Excellent Continental Breakfast.Rooms on the small side - but not unacceptable.Adapted Victorian building could be problematic in respect of accessibility. Review 3: Nice hotel though room was in basement ok for a night but not much longer no view of anything Review 4: Great location-about 4min walk from the tube. Other attractions within walking distance. Hotel is very clean and staff very friendly, rooms are quite small but cosy Review 5: I found the Commodore Hotel on the internet and was a little scared to book something sight unseen. What a wonderful surprise. This hotel is a hidden gem. The room are gracious, the beds and linens are great and staff warm and helpful. I will definitely be returning to this hotel again in the near future! |

Review 1: Good cheap hotel, however vile smell coming from en-suite which is the only thing that let it down. All staff helpful and they allowed us to drop bags before room was ready and leave until we departed in the afternoon. Thank you. Review 2: We had excellent service and would stay there again. The only hiccup was the first time we stayed,we were on the top floor and no lift. The staff arranged for us to stay on the second floor on our next visit, very helpful. They also let us store our bags in between stays. Review 3: hotel good for one night but it was in a very noisy locatio, could hear tube so wouldnt like to stay here for more than one night as would soon get tired. Room we stayed in was very clean and had just been redecorated as still smelt slighly of paint. breakfast good cooked english Review 4: I really DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. £65 for a very small tight room. The bathroom was so small. Barely enough space to have a shower or even get in. The bed was a double but looked more like a single bed. Ive paid less money before for a better hotel and service. Strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND Review 5: This hotel is great value, especially with the cooked breakfast which was lovely. Staff very friendly and although rooms very basic, you get what you pay for. Would definetly come again!! |

Review 1: Hotel was fine to stay after the Who concert at Hyde Park. Bar was very poor - no pint glasses, unable to provide a second glass of Prosecco as the downstairs bar was closed and the mini bottle of champagne at £10 was not chilled properly. Room was also not ready when we arrived after the check-in time. Otherwise, not bad and room air conditioning was very good on such a hot day. Review 2: the only thing i didnt like is the size of the room and the absence of fridge in the room. Review 3: room at the ground is not good for old people and i hope for new people to give them best room so they can come again not in the ground Review 4: Great location and good hotel. Clean and tidy. Review 5: I booked one nights accommodation here for a group of 9 work colleagues attending an event in London and it turned out Id made a very good choice. All our rooms were excellent, some of us had a choice of 2 double beds and one of us ended up with a mini suite! The service was good, although check-out was a little slow. The location is perfect, either for a business trip such as ours or a central hotel for tourists. One suggestion would be that breakfast is extended to 10.30am, but still a very good value hotel when booked through yourselves (charges direct with the hotel are alot higher). |

Review 1: A good location and acceptable hotel at very good rates, freindly staff, but the parking was £28 per day at an off site car park. Review 2: I arrived at the hotel at around 7pm and they attempted to accommodate me at their "extension building" across the road. After some pressure from myself they eventually found me a room in the main hotel. The following morning a "free" copy of the Daily Telegraph was promised - it was actually one paper between three rooms - main part for one , business part for the next etc. Review 3: although my visit was for business and for one night it was very enjoyable and the area is excellent I would stay there next time on my next personal visit to London but for a longer period. Review 4: very nice and clean rooms. Orginal style of rooms. One Girl in this hotel is HOT. Review 5: You could hear alot of noise from the neighbouring rooms. |

Review 1: I was disappointed to be given a room overlooking London Street, with all its noise, when I had specifically asked for a quiet room overlooking Norfolk Square. Review 2: The hotel was very basic and did not have much to do in it and the rooms were cold and night and the room and the toilet were tiny Review 3: The hotel location was good for me. The only comment I would like to add is that the shower room ensuite was too small even for someone who is thin. Review 4: Nice and coasy hotel in the heart of London close to everything. This was our first visit at this hotel but not the last. Review 5: Took about 10 minutes to confirm I was actually booked in - said they hadnt received info from discountcityhotels etc. Luke warm shower in the morning. Other than that, fine for a budget room. |

Review 1: A very good hotel with regards to your service and location. I would recommend it to anyone travelling alone Review 2: £20 extra for club class. but I doubt if this is value for money. The room seemed very stuffy, even with open window and outside temp not particularly high. A fan would help. Location v convenient for my purposes. Review 3: Would use this hotel again especially for its central location Review 4: I actualy slept on the Bathroom Floor on the night as: 1. I was in a room that overlooked the Strand and it was extrmely noisy 2. There was a sound of sobbing and crying from the next room until 3AM which was when i decided to sleep in the Bath Room. For that and for that reason only, I probably wouldnt stay at the Stand Palace again. However, its a nice Hotel Review 5: Needs a general makeover to present itself better |

Review 1: The facilities at the Novotel are excellent, as is the location. Situated a few minutes walk from Tower Hill tube station and the Tower of London we found it an ideal location for a family weekend break. The children loved the playstation in the bedroom and the minifridge was a real bonus. We were able to eat at the nearby Wetherspoons pub, which made catering for the family easy. Highly recommended for a great place to stay. Review 2: We found this a convenient place to get to and from, we have rated this mainly good, not because of any adverse comments, but it is not a 5 star hotel, so we have reserved that catogory, but it certainly is an excellent venue which we will use again. Review 3: This was a pleasant stay. The rooms were lovely with a lovely flat screen tv . Food was ok but a little overpriced . Location was good for visiting all attractions. would stay there again. Review 4: I found this hotel to be exactly what we expected it to be. The location was good for our purpose. Review 5: I was staying in the city for 2 nights , this is a great hotel, very clean & price was reasonable. Excellent location, next to Tower Hill Station & next to the Tower of London. Would definetly recommend. |

Review 1: A good hotel with pleasant helpful staff with good rooms and food. Review 2: I cant honestly complain about anything in this hotel. Especially considering the price! its within 15 minutes walk of Buckingham Palace, Westminster, London Eye and many waterfront attractions. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The restaurant was very good with the pre-theatre menu being exceptionally good value. Staff were friendly, service was good, the balcony that we had with our smoking room was a nice touch too! If I had one complaint it would be that the room was a little small with not much storage, but, considering the cost and quality of the rest of the hotel, that really would be nit-picking. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone Review 3: The service was pretty poor, they could not find my booking. Rooms are very tired. Review 4: Only negative thing for me about my stay here was that the ladies changing rooms at the pool were not that clean. I expect this is because its not used a whole lot and no female staff were around to check it. Otherwise a great hotel (I paid stg99 for one night thro discountcity hotels. WOuld not pay the usual price of stg275 to be honest tho. Review 5: We stayed at this hotel in September 2006. Had a little difficulty finding it but once we did we found it was in an excellent location for Victoria Station from where we were travelling next day. We paid extra for breakfast but this seemed quite good value for what we paid. |

Review 1: Comfortable, newly done-up with air-conditioning (an asset in London). Decent continental breakfast; just a 5 minutes brisk walk to Edgware Rd station. Great value for money! Review 2: I stay about once a week in a London budget hotel and this is one of the best - much larger than average room and clean and fresh. The breakfast was very good with a lot more on offer than the usual stale rolls, toast, butter and jam. The area gives easy access to Central London and is an ethnically diverse and lively part of the city. For the price I rate the hotel very highly Review 3: No FREE WIRELESS INTERNET wich in they advertise as it was free, the worse cable television ever sometimes some channels did not work, and they offer for example electrical adaptors wich they did not have. Review 4: Good value for money. Nice beds. Got a double with a single when asked for a double, but more space for bags! And not the breakfast I expected, it was very good though! £10 deposit for Air Con controller- which I wasnt informed of by the man at the desk (hence 3 for service!). Pay for WiFi. Only 6 working TV channels, one is music and one is BBC News! BBC1 didnt work when I was there. Also, aim for the Bakerloo tube station, its nearer and just straight up the high street. Review 5: The room was a lot better than I expected. Especially for the amount I paid. staff on the reception were very friendly. Buffet breakfast was also very good, with free Mens Health magazine, Glossy magazine for the girls and free newspapers in abundance. Would definately stay here again! |
