This newly refurbished

| I cant honestly complain about anything in this hotel. Especially considering the price! its within 15 minutes walk of Buckingham Palace, Westminster, London Eye and many waterfront attractions. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The restaurant was very good with the pre-theatre menu being exceptionally good value. Staff were friendly, service was good, the balcony that we had with our smoking room was a nice touch too! If I had one complaint it would be that the room was a little small with not much storage, but, considering the cost and quality of the rest of the hotel, that really would be nit-picking. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone |

| This hotel was good value for money, good central location for getting around London and sightseeing. The Victoria tube station and train station is just opposite the hotel. The only negative comment was on one of the nights we stayed it was a bit noisy. There was a small yard just across the road in front the hotel, full of industrial dustbins. These were all being emptied about 2.00am in the morning,on top of that an articulated lorry was trying to off load a container also. Besides this everything else about the hotel was good. |

| We stayed at this hotel in September 2006. Had a little difficulty finding it but once we did we found it was in an excellent location for Victoria Station from where we were travelling next day. We paid extra for breakfast but this seemed quite good value for what we paid. |

| My first stay at the hotel and I would stay there again, due to its location and the comfortable modern rooms (although I was surprised that the ensuite was very average). The staff were polite and friendly. I would recommend the full English breakfast. The pool changing rooms and showers need updating, which spoils the quality of the hotel. Overall good value for money. |

| great hotel, stayed here the night before I did the Marathon. The staff were very helpful and hotel rooms were of a very good & modern standard. The only thing which let it down was the hotels leisure facilities. They were small & quite dated compared the the rest of the hotel. Other than this I would highly recommend it. |

| Whenever I stay in London I travel by megabus into Greenline Coach station. Whenever I stay in a hotel which isnt the Hysperia we struggle to get to the coach on time due to transport or hotel delays. Therefore I am unlikey to stay at any other hotel from now on. Location is perfect. Across the road from the tube, down the street from the coach station. I can make full use of my time by staying here. The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean with a comfy bed, fridge (minibar), good shower, tv etc. Theres a sainburys, cashpoint, pub and argos all very close by, not to mention the Apollo Victoria. The only thing I would change is the price, even on discount hotels, but its normal for London so I cant complain. Stay here, its great! |

| Only negative thing for me about my stay here was that the ladies changing rooms at the pool were not that clean. I expect this is because its not used a whole lot and no female staff were around to check it. Otherwise a great hotel (I paid stg99 for one night thro discountcity hotels. WOuld not pay the usual price of stg275 to be honest tho. |

Great service, big problems with the room

| We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights during which we had to change rooms 3 times. The air conditioning allowed next-doors conversation to be piped directly into our room at 1am, so we were moved to a double where there was no hot water. We then moved to our final room where the air-conditioning broke down. Through all this the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also gave us a good discount at the end, so we left happy. |

| The jaccuzi suite is massive and really smart but it looks like they refurbished the bedroom and lounge area but not the bathroom which had aged a little - like the swimming pool - but still great having a jaccuzi in your hotel room though! Unfortunately we didnt have the greatest night sleep as the aircon unit on the roof made a loud humming sound and as we were on the top floor it was a bit like being in a airplane all night. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was perfect as we needed to be near Victoria station. |
