| I think you should check saunas thermostate,because it was heated too hot.Ideal temperature is 60-70c.Sauna was very good anyway.It was nice at staying 2 nights in Novotel London Tower Bridge hotel, thank you for a nice athmosphere cheers |

| We found this a convenient place to get to and from, we have rated this mainly good, not because of any adverse comments, but it is not a 5 star hotel, so we have reserved that catogory, but it certainly is an excellent venue which we will use again. |

| The facilities at the Novotel are excellent, as is the location. Situated a few minutes walk from Tower Hill tube station and the Tower of London we found it an ideal location for a family weekend break. The children loved the playstation in the bedroom and the minifridge was a real bonus. We were able to eat at the nearby Wetherspoons pub, which made catering for the family easy. Highly recommended for a great place to stay. |
