| There seemed to be a mix-up with rooms and I was asked at 19h00 whether or not I needed the room straightaway?! After being up at 3am, and being v. tired, I said yes! Sheets were clean, but rest rather grubby. Id booked at one rate and was then charged a further £5 for using my credit card. The lady at reception not friendly. Over-all, will DEFINITELY not use again. |

| Well situated Hotel next to tube Pimlico and 5 minutes of Victoria Station. The room is small, the bathroom very very small, the carpeting is dirty, the cover reads is stained, the too small sheet and the Staf are not nice. ATTENTION, they wanted to do me to pay 75 £ of more if I paid with Credit Card and I have advertisement several times to have a invoice. There is a lot of other hotels side issue in Belgrave Road. Discount City Hotel very well did his work on a small problem of reservation, thank you to them. |

| Situated within 5-10mins walk of Victoria bus/rail & underground stations is ideal for everyone. Local attractions are only a bus or train ride away,including local bus tours, (The Big Bus Company is well worth £20 for a 24hr bus ticket for all the sights & more) all this right on your door step and considering the deal you get booking online, bargain eveytime. Shame there was no cooked breakfast but you can bring in your own food and they will prepare it for you, if you ask that is. Great value, location and staff. |

| Over the last few weeks ivebeen popping in and out of london and often stay in victoria. This was the best of the bunch and for the money i cant coplain at all. Staff were freindy and the rooms were clean. Thats all i needed and thats what i got so im very happy, especially considering the price

| The location is great and if you dont have back problems (terribly uncomfortable beds) and can put up with a bit of random hair in the shower, this place is decent enough. However, even though Im a student on a budget, I would save up a bit more and stay somewhere nicer next time. |

| Notice to all tourists - avoid this area of Victoria its the sort of place that gives London a bad name. The hotel would have to have been exceptional to make this stay manageable and it wasnt. Clean and cheap is the best comments I can make. |

| Rooms are very small and there is no wardrobe. So the room is constantly messy unless you put things back in your suitcase.
Toilet cabins are so small that I think many people would find them difficult to use. To sit down on the toilet requires the door to be open ;) Also the shower cabin is extremely small.
Also disappointing that the hotel charges 5£ when paying with credit card (not mentioned when you make the booking), and 5£ for leaving the luggaqe if you need to deposit anything for some hours the day you leave the hotel.
The breakfast (continental) is not too bad. A VERY hard boiled eg, toast with marmelade and buttercheese, coffee/tea, cereals and some kind of fruit juice. But the breakfast room is so small, and the furniture likewise, that it is a struggle to even get seated. We noticed a few comic scenes during the four days we stayed there that could beat any episode of Monty Pyton. |

| An unusual five-bedded room is a good option for families. The only thing I did not like is that they charged us 5 pounds for storing the luggage after the check-out. The bed covers dont look or smell clean, but the sheets are fine. The bathrooms are really small.

| We used the hotel on a layover and were very unhappy with our stay. The carpet was sticky and we booked a triple ensuite but were stuck in a double with a tiny foam mattress put on the floor for our son. I would not recommend this hotel. |

| Location was very good. Staff was friendly.
However the rooms are extremely small...feels like living in a hole. Theres barely enough space to move around in the single rooms and there is no heating. ONE IMPORTANT THING IS THAT THE ENSUITE SINGLE ROOMS ARE NOT ENSUITE. YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THE ROOM TO REACH THE BATHROOM. Also, the TV does not work and the bathroom had broken showers. Also the hotel does not have a lift so living on the third floor with luggage can be a bit of a problem. Also I found it is possible to find better deals for the same money. The staff was very courteous though and you cant beat the location. 2 minutes from the pimlico tube. |

| We are stay 1 night in the Ronamos Hotels Ensuite Double Room 12A. The room is on basement, overall condition is fine, clean bothroom, foor and bed sheet, comfortable bed. Silent in the night except foot step from uper floor. But boiler is dirty and no tooth brush and paste. Breakfast is simple, coffe or tea, one boiled egg and few peace of bread. Price with this wevsite is 59 GBP similar with others. But the funny this is, i paid 60 pounds in cash when i checked in, the staff said he would gave me the 1 pound change later, but he never appear again neither my 1 pound :) Would recommend. |

| I recommend not to stay more than 1 night at this hotel. The room is very dull, the bathroom is extremely small (if you carry a bit of weight, you should avoid this hotel!). The hotel is however very warm (radiators are on all the time) and well situated, closed to the main attractions. |
