| They didnt have enough double rooms on the first night and put us in the "suite". This was an adequately sized double room - so it was a bit of a shock when we moved into the double the following night. Cramped and stuffy |

| While conveniently located near to Totenham Court and Holborn stations, noise levels are unacceptable with the window open; keeping the windows closed, even during this relatively cold season, made the room unacceptably warm. Service was friendly and helpful, and the room was small but clean and well decorated. I like a firm matress personally, but the bed in room 307 was less yielding than a carpeted floor.
Overall, I was satisfied, and wouldnt mind if my work brought me to the same hotel again. |

| Good room well kept although this was a double so reasonable space, but would not like to see the single alternative. Noisy given where it is (windows needed to be open for heat - no A/C) but so are a lot of places central london. So generally happy at £105 per night, if it had been sub £100 it would have been outstanding value given the time of year. |

| We arrived at the hotel at 11pm. When we booked a late arrival was specified. No rooms were available. We were eventually told they had let the room to someone else. After an hour we were offered a suit. This was totally useless as we booked a twin room. I ended up sleeping on the floor.I ended up not paying for the room. This totally ruined the week as I had no sleep at all and a bad back.My company of 2000 employees will never stay again. |

| The room was small, particularly the double bed, but was comfortable. Location is great, just by Tottenham Court Road. Allow PLENTY of time for breakfast on busy weekends. |

| Rooms were small, but fine if you dont want to spend much time in them. Breakfast service was a bit poor (half used jams and butter left on the table). However the location was excellent for all central London activities and i would recommend the hotel. |

| Generally very good. As a single booking I got a "double" room, but it would have been very cramped for two. Internet rate of £55 was great VFM, but would have been upset to have paid the rack rate of £149. Staff excellent, but its always the little things that niggle - London Theatre Guide for June 2006 (in Jan 07!), non of the channels tuned in on the (excellent) TV. But generally would recommend. |

| Like many London hotels, the room was far too hot and stuffy. Dont the owners ever spend time in them to see what its like? Tried sleeping with the window open, but was constatntly woken by street sounds. Pity - because the welcome was friendly and I enjoyed the breakfast. |

| This hotel is in a great location and had the best price I found on-line. The room was great just dont have the hotel arrange taxi service for you and you should be fine. They arrange a taxi for a 1.5 mile trip that ended up costing 12 pounds! Hailing a cab on they way back the samer distance only cost 3.80. Other than tha everything was great.

| I stayed just the one night as had job interviews the next day. The double room was not massive but suited our needs and would be ideal if you just wanted to use the hotel as a base to explore London. Noise was not a problem despite being in the heart of it. The room was clean with a good power shower in the bathroom. The hotel staff were very polite. Despite booking out at 1100 on the day of my interviews I was allowed to keep my bags there untill gone 1800 hrs along with returning to the hotel during the day to change and freshen up. I have to return to Londen agian soon and will definately book the same hotel. Thank you to the hotel staff and in particular the gent at reception who was most helpfull |

| We stayed just one night in London after going to the theatre and the location was great for us. We were slightly worried about the hotel as some reviews we read werent great but we soon realised we had nothing to worry about. Polite staff meet us, and the room was clean and had everything we needed. It wasnt a very big room but as we were only there to sleep this was fine. Breakfast the following morning was very nice. Wed definantely stay again as value for money is excellent. |

| This was a good overnight stay. Everywhere was very clean and the service from Reception and Breakfast staff was friendly and efficient. The location, adjacent to both the British Museum and Oxford Street and a pleasant walk to theates, Covent Garden etc is very good. Bedrooms are small and one or two things in the bathroom needed attention - light next to mirror and shower head - but nothing major. |

| I would happily stay at this hotel again. The location is excellent, just minutes from the British Museum but still in a fairly quiet area. The rooms are small, but that seems to be the rule in London for hotels that are moderately priced. My room, a single, was clean and tidy. The breakfast was filling and effeciently served. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the shower would only dispense hot water when the volume was slowed to a trickle -- but even this was not unbearable. The telephone was not working when I arrived, but it was fixed within a day. The wireless Internet did not seem to work either, but I was able to use my dial-up service for just 50 pence per call, time unlimited. |

| Nice clean modern Hotel. Great Location, not many facilities in the hotel, as fairly small. But location and quality of rooms make up for this. Only disappointing thing was I could not get the breakfast that I had paid for on the morning I left, as the chef had not turned up yet ( needed to leave early! ) |

| Excellent location, easy to find but the area was very noisy and as a consequence sleeping was a little restless. The service was very slow and with one person at reception ignoring us for several minutes before dealing with us just for our room key. Breakfast was adequate but slow we therefore expected freshly cooked but the eggs were over done and a little dry particulary as we were the only ones for breakfast at that point in time. |

| I received a confirmed booking for another hotel, but was told just before I checked in that it had been overbooked. That cost me a taxi fare with my luggage to go the the hotel that I have just reviewed.
Checking in was a tiresome process, undertaken by a trainee having instructions.
Staff serrving and making breakfast were welcoming and efficient. |
