| we got to the hotel at tea time and were told our room was not ready but they upgraded us to the terrace at no extra cost which was fantastic we are coming on new years eve and cannot wait the man on the door was fantastic but he cannot park vw passats so we had pride of plase out side the door everyone was very cheerful |

| We have been going to the Westbury for over 35 years, we spent the first night of our honeymoon there! The level of service is excellent and all members of staff have clearly been schooled in customer relations and it is now better than it ever has been, not that it was ever bad. It has a brilliant location and we hope to go again for the next 35 years!! Our only adverse comment would be the cost of snack meals in the Polo Bar. With the addition of twelve and half per cent service the total bills are always more than we expect. |

| I have been staying in this hotel for over 45 years and is are first choice wqhen staying in London, as it is more like a home.
Liked it better with the concierge desk was facing the main doors and haveing afternoon tea round the fire in the lounge. |

| Hotel in very good condition in the public areas. However I found the room description ( Superior King Size) a vast exaggeration. The room was small although it did have a King Size Bed. The décor was not only dated but also in need of repair. I had lights not working, broken draws in the chest of draws and a flexible mirror in the bathroom that only faced downwards. As I was only staying for one night and was on my own I did not feel it was necessary to complain to the front desk, should you pass this review on to the hotel and they bother to check room 635 they will see that my comments are not over exaggerated. As for paying £175 for the privilege of staying in that Hotel for one night I will defiantly think twice before booking again. |
