| Just off Oxford Street and only a couple of minutes to the nearest tube, I was very pleased with the location of this hotel. The rooms were a satisfatory size and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok though I didnt eat in the restaurant - there were plenty of food places nearby. I would visit the Hotel again! |

| Although the hotel isnt much to look at from the outside, inside is relatively spacious and clean. All in all the hotel is nothing special - just what youd expect from a 3* hotel - but for the price the location is excellent and the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. |

| This hotel is in a central location for the west end of London,however, it is in need of re-furbishment. The room we had, although sold as a double was really a single(only 1 bedside light). In addition, although the room had double glazing, the windows did not shut completely, therefore quite a bit of road noise from a busy road. Would I stay again? No. |

| Hotel is good central location for shopping expedition or to attend an event at hyde park as I did. The proximity to the salt beef bagels in selfridges was an unexpected boon for a hungover sunday morning! It is a bit annoying to be on the central line (nearest station is marble arch) as you have to change tubes to get to certain places but this is only downside i can think of.
The hotel itself is friendly and clean. My partner and I were given a triple room which gave us a decent amount of space. The room overlooked the police station and the air conditioning units so was a bit noisy though we were not disturbed once the windows were shut.
The breakfast was sufficient and pretty laid back and the reception staff friendly. As ever with a london hotel you are paying way more than you should, but compared to other hotels i have stayed at in london whilst on business trips, it was comparable on all levels and better in size of room and cleanliness. |

| Hotel was fine to stay after the Who concert at Hyde Park. Bar was very poor - no pint glasses, unable to provide a second glass of Prosecco as the downstairs bar was closed and the mini bottle of champagne at £10 was not chilled properly. Room was also not ready when we arrived after the check-in time. Otherwise, not bad and room air conditioning was very good on such a hot day. |

| I booked one nights accommodation here for a group of 9 work colleagues attending an event in London and it turned out Id made a very good choice. All our rooms were excellent, some of us had a choice of 2 double beds and one of us ended up with a mini suite! The service was good, although check-out was a little slow. The location is perfect, either for a business trip such as ours or a central hotel for tourists. One suggestion would be that breakfast is extended to 10.30am, but still a very good value hotel when booked through yourselves (charges direct with the hotel are alot higher). |

| I really liked the location of the hotel-just behind Marble Arch at the bottom of Oxford St.
When we arrived, we had been upgraded to a suite (we had booked a double room) which we were excited about but the bed was tiny (46") and had a very soft mattress which we did not find comfortable at all. The hotel was good overall but I would have complained had we paid their walk-in price of £300 for the room!! |
