| The rooms our in the process of being modernized.
The bathroom had already been completed to a very high standered and I am sure that when all the work is completed it will be very 1st class. The location is wonderful. |

| We were very disappointed with the hotel. The bedroom was tired in need of a refurbishment. We wanted to have the windows open but both window catches were broken. Asked reception staff about this and I was astounded at the response I got. Bar area merged into the restaurant and was not inviting. Considering I read previous reviews before booking I am amazed it is the same hotel. On walking around Mayfair I noticed a few far more appealing hotels. |
