| It has AC which was required this summer. Quiet at night. VERY small bathroom, room for 1 only,(cupboard) but it all worked and was very clean.
No viewable picture on TV in room 402 and was never fixed. Staff could have been more welcoming and strugled with English. (Scottish)
Good location for Trains. We walked or took a cab. Not much to do close to the hotel. |

| The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern. The location of the hotel is far enough away from the crowds to be quiet but near enough to be able to get to where its happening. |

| Pleasant, comfortable stay, our bedroom was larger than that of our friends. Excellent breakfast in bright diningroom,only complaint is that there was only one bathtowel, and we had to ask staff several times before we eventually got another one. Otherwise great value |

| Conveniently located in safe neighbourhood within easy walking distance of Paddington Station (and Heathrow Express). Rooms are very compact but fully equipped and very clean albeit not soundproof. Staff are very helpful and food service is good. |

| We were only there for one night when seeing a concert at the 02 stadium and as we had to be on a train the next morning the locatation near paddington was great. Nely decorated modern rooms were good. Bad TV reception was a bit annoying but we werent in the room for long so it didnt bother us. Bathroom was small, but clean with nice shower. |

| The hotel itself has a reasonably good location, near to the tube stations and a nice break away from the busier parts of central london. However, the service was a little indifferent, and the staff seemed lacking in hospitality. The room was basic, a little cramped and if you stay in the basic accomodation you get put in the basement. Heat is also a problem, as the hotel seemed to be overly hot. On the whole the hotel is ok, but you can find better deals elsewhere. |

| I understand if the airco cannot work in extreme heat - BUT: We were given a dirty room during checkin, we had to ask for a fan (twice), they moved customers back & forth between their other hotels like it was no big deal & the manager was never around to speak with the customers (in the 3 days I stayed there). Thankfully we had a nice breakfast every morning! |

| Very clean hotel and good location for visiting london. Only downfall was the bathroom in room extremly small and bad lay out. Shower door would only open 1/4 of the way as basin in the way. Therefore getting in and out of the shower was extremely difficult and awkward plus the shower cubicle was very small. I am not a big person and i had problems getting in and out of the shower so this would be no good for tall or bigger persons. |

| This is a much smarter hotel that the images on the website suggest. Our room (a triple) was split level across a huge beautiful window and was clean, well equipped and well furnished. The main bedroom was very cramped though, making it almost impossible to open the drawers because of the position of the bed. That said it had a small kitchen which we were not expecting which is always handy especially as I was travelling with my children. The Reception staff were a bit dopey but overall it was very good value given its location just on the perimeter of Hyde Park. I would use this hotel again.

| Hotel is located good if you need to be close to Paddington Station. Reception is nice, room was okay. Checking in was a bit of a nightmare with only trainees around, rooms not ready, keys not working etc. |
