| not that easy to find the hotel as the buildings in the area are a similar.the room was small but clean .but for the under £55 a bargain |

| The hotel was in an excellent location close to Queensway, Notting Hill etc. plenty of buses and close to Tube. Very good value for money, staff helpful and breakfast excellent, including delicious coffee. The rooms were very clean and tidy, although we had to change rooms twice as one was a bit damp smelling and the other was next to the lift shaft which rattled and banged all night. The next night was great, very quiet, warm and comfortable. |

| Stayed here for a week in July 2007, and found the place clean with friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely go back and can recommend this place for budget travellers in London! |
